Therefore, as Barnes (2008) notes, managers have to communicate effectively with their team members, the relevant company goals, targets and strategies on how to accomplish them (p. 112). AT &amp T, as a corporation, is not different in any fashion. Managers at AT &amp T do frequently communicate with their team members on the various corporation’s targets, goals and missions (Hawkins &amp Preston, 2014). This paper’s is focus is on how the managers of AT &amp T communicate with their team members, all the relevant business objectives, missions and strategies on how to attain them.
